When our feature creep was hired a few months ago, all we knew was that it is going to be like this:
Since then, we got to know the specifics. Feature creeps tell you that:
- You need icons.
- You need modal dialogs.
But in addition to their invaluable advice on product features, they also help you and your team to improve your processes:
- They show you how to save a web page in PDF format and attach it to an email.
- They teach you how record videos of the computer screen, with audio!
- They tell you that “you need more culture.”
- And most importantly, they have a say in every conversation they can get ahold of, no matter what the topic is.
